Can I get rakeback on an already active Full Tilt Poker account?
The answer is usually no. Full Tilt Poker does not allow you as a poker  player to be switched to an affiliate of being activated with poker  rakeback. Nor is it allowed to open a new player account in order to get 27 % poker rakeback on Full Tilt Poker. In some cases, it has happened that poker players could be activated with poker rakeback, but very seldom. Fill in your Full Tilt Poker username in our sign-up process and we contact Full Tilt Poker and try to get your account activated.

I have had a negative rake / rakeback statistics in my report?
Our statistics reports are in dollar currency, but if you play poker at a site where we get Euro statistics, an exchange rate can be affected, and sometimes you get negative statistics. This usually never affects your rakeback in the end, when it deals mainly with the statistics and not the amount you actually might be getting at the end of the month.

I have friends who play poker; can I recruit them and make money from you?

I haven’t got statistics on my game today or for several days?
It happens sometimes that we don’t receive statistic reports from some poker room from time to time. It is usually caused by technical malfunction or other similar systems. You don’t need to worry. The rake / rakeback will be added manually afterwards.

My account is still in pending status, what does this mean?
Once you apply for rakeback through us an inquiry will be sent into our internal computer system. Your account status will therefore be pending until we know for sure that you have been properly tracked to our offer. Once we receive your account confirmation from the poker room you chose to play on, we send an automatic e-mail to you. This process would usually take about 2 working days.

When is my Rakeback paid and how?
Your rakeback is paid different dates depending on which poker room you chose to play on. Can I withdraw money in any other way than Neteller or bank transfer?
